Payments and accountability

Green Guy Recycling is committed to handling all transactions with complete transparency and fairness. It’s how we always have and always will do business. We treat our individual clients and our biggest commercial clients with the same dedication to accuracy and honesty.

Payment Options

Green Guy Recycling has several options available for payments. With a valid Cash Transaction Card, most customers are paid in cash at the time of the transaction. In accordance with Texas DPS law, first time customers are paid with a check.

Commercial customers can choose to be paid with cash or check, and have the option to delay payment until the culmination of a project, or to be on a schedule. Commercial customers may also authorize a list of employees eligible to collect payments in cash or check. Employers can rest assured that all payments for materials are well documented, and employers are welcome at any time to view their employee’s transaction history.

Transaction Records and Theft Prevention

Each transaction is conducted under a customer account that includes their detailed Driver License information, a thorough description of the customer’s vehicle, and weights and pictures of all materials sold.

Green Guy Recycling has won numerous Distinguished Service Awards from local law enforcement agencies for assistance in metal theft prevention and cooperation.

Destruction and Recycling Certificates

Green Guy Recycling will provide letters of certification for material destruction and recycling including hard drive destruction certificates for our commercial clients.

Recycling Reports

Commodity reports are available for commercial clients. These recycling figures are necessary for LEED Certified construction projects, environmental management divisions in corporations, and internal waste auditing.

Compliance

Green Guy Recycling is a registered metal recycling entity and complies with all regulatory, environmental, and safety laws.
